CRITERIA FOR HOSTING NATIONAL REDBONE DAYS

Redbone Days will held on the weekend before, after, or of July 4th.
75% of net profit of all events (hunts, shows, treeing contest, field trials, & water races) will go to host club if host club has their own suitable grounds.
25% of net profit of all events will go to the National Redbone Coonhound Association
60% of net profit of all events will go to host club if host club has to rent grounds
40% of net profit of all events will go to the National Redbone Coonhound Association Vendors fees will be shared on 60 - 40 plan.
UKC license and rules will be used
UKC licenses will be obtained by NRCA Cost will be shared
Entire kitchen proceeds goes to host club No gate fee during these three days
Trophies will be purchased by NRCA Cost will be shared
Advertisement will be handled by NRCA. Cost will be shared
Master of Hounds and Bench Show Judge will be furnished by NRCA. Cost will be shared
Host club will furnish guides for all casts. And a few non-hunting judges if needed
Host club will be responsible for any permits that might be needed
Host club must have suitable facilities for headquarters.
Clubs must have suitable grounds with camper hook ups and showers
